That rarest of rare things, a Caedmon gig!
Only 18 months after the last gig and a lifetime after Caedmon played farewell in 1978, the band are getting together to play some old favourites and feature songs from the new album ‘A Chicken to Hug’.
And how cool is this – we’re playing in Caedmon Hall, Gateshead.
The gig is on 22 October 2011 and you can book tickets online through the Gateshead Council event listings.
Also featured on the bill are ‘Let Sleeping Dogs’ a Newcastle based band whose members have previously played in ’10th Avenue’ and ‘Hidden Agendas’. Let Sleeping Dogs enjoy the same eclectic approach to song styles and instrumentation as we do, so it’s going to be a great night.
