Day Two: ‘Old Enough’. A week recording in the Scottish hills.

Almost 32 years now since our farewell concert and album, here we are in the studio again.

Jim’s ‘Old Enough to Know Better’ is in the bag, surprisingly folky compared to its country rock beginnings. Jim drives the thing with a variety of Strat and Dan Armstrong licks, Sam adds a 70s disco bass line, SImon drumming with a smatter of mandolin and Ken accordion.

We need to speed up the process to get through the material…. we’ve stolen too much time from our work lives as it is….we’re old enough to know better….
